摘要
研究了不同浓度的铜处理对小麦萌发生长的影响。结果表明 ,10 - 6 mol L处理对小麦生长影响不大 ,5× 10 - 3mol L是使小麦种子失活的致死浓度 ;各处理均使小麦叶片的叶绿素含量有所下降 ,淀粉酶活性下降 ;随着Cu2 + 浓度的增大 ,Cu2 + 对淀粉酶活性的抑制效应增强 ,同时对小麦幼苗生长的抑制作用也增强 ,且表现抑制效应地下部分 >
This experiment studied the effects of different concentration of external copper on the spouting of wheat. The results showed:(1)10 -6mol/L Cu 2+ had little effect on the growth of wheat seedling , while 5×10 -3mol/L was the lethal concentration which made wheat seeds inactive. (2)Various concentration of Cu 2+ caused the content of Chlorophyll as well as the amylase activity to decrease. (3)With the concentration of Cu 2+ increasing ,the amylase activity decreased markedly and the growth of wheat seedling was inhibited more and more. More over ,the inhibition effect on the underground part was stronger than that on the upper part.
