The paper discusses establishment and realization of hydrobiologic taxonomic system in webdictionary. But it can be established as an integrated system based on web. 'LieYu fishery webdictionary' was developed by Chinafishery.net. In 'LieYu fishery webdictionary', the expressing form was super link, multidimensional and dynamic. Simultaneously, the system has included different versions, different authors, and different years, and then it was a composed system. The system was realized by access and VB language and it has multi-entrance searching function.
