创设学科馆员是高校图书馆更好地为创新教育服务的新举措。学科馆员作为既有专业知识,又具备文献开发能力的高层级的图书馆工作者,其素质和能力对为创新教育服务深化内容、强化管理和加强队伍建设具有积极而重要的作用。

Setting up subject librarian system is a new measurement for academic libraries to serve the innovative education, in that they possess the professional knowledge and capacity in developing literature resource. Therefore, as high-level librarians, subject librarians play an important role in deepening content of innovative education and strengthen personnel management and construction.
