摘要
概述了我国大麦生产和育种的现状 ,分析了我国啤酒和饲料大麦原料的需求 ,指出了我国大麦生产和育种存在的问题、采取的对策及今后研究的目标。
The article outlined the production and breeding of barley,analyzed the demand for special barley seeds in malting and feed industries,discussed the problems existing in practice and advanced the strategies of barley breeding in China.
