摘要
对工业设计学科界定的含混与“拔高”,导致该专业培养人才目标的暧昧与偏向 ,影响该专业的健康发展 .工业设计及几个相近专业需有清晰的学科界定 ,并据以规范课程设置 .工业设计大专 (及以下 )教育应明确为应用型人才 ,本科则须进一步增强人文素质方面的教育 .工业设计研究生教育培养理论研究人才 ,而一般不以提高设计技能为目标 .不同学校的工业设计专业根据自身条件 ,或较着重于艺术教育 ,或较着重于工程教育 ,属于办学特色 ,都能适合一定的社会需要 .我国目前基于没有行业特色的工业设计专业 。
The ambiguity and 'pushing to a higher level' of the identification of the discipline of industrial design have led to a blur or even an error in the goal of training this discipline's personnel, and have hampered its healthy development. The discipline of industrial design and other related disciplines should have distinguishable identifications of their own and set up their relative curricula accordingly. Community colleges should focus on training personnel with practical skills. Universities for undergraduates should offer more humanities subjects. The education of graduates should be devoted more to theory and research than to practical skills. Different schools should set goals in accordance with their respective conditions: some may aim at art education, while others at engineering education. Currently, China does not have disciplines of industrial design with special features, which is an advisable trend to be followed.
