我国科技期刊面临的机遇、挑战和对策

Opportunity and Challenge Faced by Current Chinese Technological Periodicals and Its Countermeasures

随着科学技术水平的进步和社会的发展 ,我国的科技期刊将受到新形势、新技术等诸多因素的影响 ,加之WTO的加入 ,使其面临着更多的机遇与挑战 ,应该怎样更好地发展我国的科技期刊 ,使其能够在国际间的激烈竞争中 ,站稳脚跟 ,立于不败之地 ,成为世界上具有较高影响和学术地位的重要期刊。将是我们研究和探讨的主要任务。笔者在此将论述科技期刊的发展机遇与挑战 ,以及应该采取的对策等。

Along with social development and scientech development, Chinese science periodical are facing with the affects of new situations and technology, especially after China's entry into the WTO, China is confronting with even greater challenges and opportunities. How to make the periodical advanced further, how to make it win in the heated international competitions, and how to make it become an important magazine have highly influence and good academic level. It is our primary tasks what dispute and research. The article will discuss that the technological periodical confronts opportunity and challenge, and it adopts countermeasure.
