国农产品加工业的现状、发展前景与科技支持

Present situation, development prospect and science and technology support of the agro product processing industry of China

农产品加工业是国民经济中重要的支柱产业 ,具有广阔的发展前景。该文介绍了我国农产品加工业的发展现状 ,分析了制约我国农产品加工业发展的主要问题 ,指出了积极培育农产品加工业的骨干企业 ,以市场为导向、优化产品结构、搞好原料基地建设、强化对农产品加工业的宏观调控力度等我国农产品加工业的发展前景和方向 ,并阐述了科技对我国农产品加工业发展的支撑作用。

The agro product processing industry is one of the most important pillar industries in the national economy of China, which has great developing prospects. The present situation in China was introduced. The major problems restricting the development of the agro product processing industry in China were analyzed. The development prospects and direction of the agro product processing industry were highlighted. These pillar enterprises should be guided by market forces, optimize product proportion, and develop the raw material production base. As well, the supporting role of science and technology to the agro product processing industry of China was elaborated in this paper.
