析俄罗斯与国际货币基金组织的合作关系

An Analysis on the Cooperative Relationship between Russia and the IMF

俄罗斯作为国际货币基金组织 (IMF)的成员国 ,在享有自己相应的权利和义务的同时 ,又受到该组织的制约 ,双方的合作关系一直是在磕磕绊绊中发展的。本文以俄罗斯加入国际货币基金组织 10年来双方相互关系的发展变化为基点 ,一方面 ,分析这种发展变化的过程和原因以及双方合作关系的主要特点 ;另一方面 ,着重分析俄罗斯加入国际货币基金组织的有利因素和不利因素。在此基础上 ,对国际货币基金组织在援助俄罗斯过程中出现的问题以及双方的合作关系发展状况 。

As a member of International Monetary Fund (IMF),Russia is constrained by the organization,while also maintaining its corresponding rights and obligations.Thus,the development of a cooperative relationship between Russia and the IMF proceeded on a zig zag path.From the perspective of the ten years'changing relationship between the IMF and Russia since it joined the organization,this paper,on the one hand,focuses on an analysis of the process of change and the causes thereof as well as on the major features of the cooperative relationship;and,on the other hand,the paper emphasizes the advantages and disadvantages of Russia's entry into the IMF.Based on such an analysis,the author puts forward his own viewpoints in terms of the problems arising from IMF assistance to Russia and the development status and prospects for the cooperative relationship.
