The Expression of Aromatase Cytochrome P450 in Eutopic Endometrium and its Clinical Significance

目的 :探讨细胞色素芳香化酶P - 45 0在子宫内膜异位症 (内异症 )发病中的作用 ,检测子宫内膜细胞色素芳香化酶P - 45 0的表达用于诊断内异症的可行性。方法 :应用免疫组化方法检测正常子宫内膜和内异症的在位及异位内膜细胞色素芳香化酶P - 45 0的表达。结果 :细胞色素芳香化酶P - 45 0在正常子宫内膜无表达 ,在内异症的在位和异位内膜均有强表达 ,增殖期与分泌期无差别。检测子宫内膜细胞色素芳香化酶P - 45 0的表达 ,用于诊断内异症的敏感度为 91 5 % ,特异度为 10 0 % ,阳性预测值为 10 0 %。内异症子宫内膜细胞色素芳香化酶P - 45 0的表达与AFS分期无相关性。结论 :子宫内膜细胞色素芳香化酶P - 45 0分泌增加促进内异症的发生 ;内异症子宫内膜细胞色素芳香化酶P -45

Objective:To study the role of aromatase cytochrome P450 in the pathogenesis of endometriosis and to evaluate its clinical value as a diagnostic method for endometriosis. Methods: The expression of aromatase cytochrome P540 in normal endometrium,eutopic and ectopic endometrium of endometriosis was detected by immunohistochemical analysis.Results: Aromatase cytochrome P450 was strongly expressed in eutopic and ectopic endometrium of endometriosis except normal endometrium.There was no difference between proliferative and secretory endometrium of endometriosis.As a diagnostic test for endometriosis by measuring aromatase cytochrome P450 in biopsy endometrium of endometriosis,the sensitivity,specificity and positive predictive value were 91.5%,100% and 100%.No correlation was observed between the expression of aromatase cytochrome P450 and AFS stage of endometriosis.Conclusions: It is suggested that the increasd expression of aromatase cytochrome P450 in local eutopic and ectopic endometrium may be important in pathogenesis of endometriosis Further more,it can be used as a diagnostic test for endometriosis.
