摘要
目的 :测定急性尿毒症犬在细胞治疗过程中的病理生理改变并评估疗效 ,从而为临床应用提供实验依据。方法 :选 2 5kg左右犬 12只 ,分对照组和细胞治疗组 ,建立急性尿毒症模型后进行透析治疗 ,观察相关指标变化。结果 :细胞治疗组心输出量、血IL 10含量增加 ,HCO3- 升高 ,K+ 下降明显 ,超滤液中氨排泌增多 ,实验犬存活时间延长。结论
Objective: To evaluate the effects of treatment with a renal assist device (RAD) containing renal tubule cells in acute uremic dogs. Methods: A model of acute uremic dog was established by bilateral nephrectomies. After 48 hours of recovery, the dog was treated with a cell or a non cell RAD throughout a hemoperfusion circuit. The changes of hemodynamics and electrolytes were tested. Results: Cardiac output, bicarbonate reabsorbtion, total ammonia excretion, IL 10 level and survival time were increased in cell group, and plasma potassium levels were significantly decreased in cell group. Conclusion: The addition of tubule cell replacement therapy optimizes currently hemodialysis approach.
