摘要
目的:利用螺旋CT建立牙槽嵴萎缩的下颌骨三维有限元模型,用于萎缩牙槽嵴的生物力学分析。方法:采用螺旋CT扫描,数字化影像数据采集,三维重建技术,并使用ANSYS6.0软件完成有限元模型的建立。结果:获得了理想的下颌骨牙槽嵴萎缩三维有限元模型,由16077个单 元,23635个节点构成。结论:采用螺旋CT扫描,数字化影像数据采集,三维重建技术结合ANSYS6.0软件可以建立理想的下颌骨牙槽嵴萎缩模型。
AIM: To construct a three-dimensional finite element model of human mandibular alveolar atrophy, which uses to analysis the biomechanical characters of atrophic alveolar ridge. METHDOS: SCT scan, digital image gathering, 3-D reconstruction and ANSYS 6. 0 software were used to accomplish the finite element model. RESULTS: An ideal 3-D FE model was constructed. It was built by 23 635 elements and 16 077 nodes. CONCLUSION: The methods can construct an ideal 3-D FE model of human mandibular alveolar atrophy.
