摘要
目的 评价硝酸甘油和硫酸镁联合应用对老年肺心病合并冠心病的治疗效果。方法 选择 12 8例肺心病合并冠心病患者 ,随机选择 6 4例用常规治疗 ,6 4例在常规治疗同时用 10 %硫酸镁 10ml加入 5 %葡萄糖 2 5 0ml静滴 ,疗程 7～ 10d。结果 联合治疗组总有效率为 90 6 % ,对照组为 78 1%。两组差异有显著意义(P <0 0 5 )。结论 两种药物联用降低心脏前负荷、后负荷 ,增加心脏每分输出量 ,改善心肺功能。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of nitroglycerin and MgSO 4 which were used to treat cor pulmonale and coronary heart disease with heart failure.Methods 64 patients were treated with 10% MgSO 4 10ml+0.9% sodium chloride 250ml iv by drip qd for seven to ten days except the routine treatment,other 64 patients were treated without MgSO 4.Results The total effective rates were 90.6% in MgSO 4 group,78.1% in the routine group.The effective rates between two groups had statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination use of two drugs can decrease pre load and post load of heart,increase cardial minute ouput,improve the heart function.
