摘要
对小型猪舌的表面结构进行扫描、透射电镜的观察 ,结果表明 ,小型猪舌表面及舌上皮各层细胞结构的特点与人舌上皮基本相同。从解剖及组织学的角度来看 ,小型猪完全符合中医病理舌苔动物模型制作的要求。经过不同造模方法的摸索 ,最终用 5 0 %白酒加饱和食用碱溶液的混合液隔日灌胃的办法复制出了薄白腻苔的病理舌象模型。
The scanning electron microscope, transmission electron microscope observations revealed that the lingual ultrastructure of miniatue pig is very similar with that of hunam being. According to anatomic and histological results, miniatue pig is completely fit to be selected as an ideal pathological animal model .To explore the method of establishing greasy coating model, different ways were performed and finally the animal model is successfully established by giving a mixture of 50% spirits and edible alkali saturated solution intragastrically every other day.
