Lafutidine, a novel antiulcer drug

拉呋替丁是一种新型非竞争性组胺H2 受体拮抗药 ,通过阻断组胺H2 受体和辣椒素感受神经减少胃酸分泌、促进胃粘膜再生、增加胃粘膜血流量以及增加胃粘液等机制发挥抗消化性溃疡作用。同其他组胺H2 受体拮抗药相比 ,本品具有疗效显著。

Lafutidine is a novel antiulcer drug with potent antisecretory and gastroprotective activities. The antisecretory effect is based on histamine H 2 receptor antagonism. Through the mechanisms of capsicin sensitive nerves, lafutidine also has stimulatory effect on gastric mucus biosynthesis, and increasing the gastric mucosal blood flow. Contrast to other H 2 receptor antagonism, such as famotidine and cimetidine, the potency of lafutidine for various ulcers is greater. Lafutidine has the properties of obvious therapy effect, less adverse reactions and less relapse when cared.
