DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF A BLOOD INTEGRATTVE MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM

本文从血液综合信息管理系统(BIMIS)开发的实际出发,详细论述了BIMIS设计的原则、思想、方法以及BIMIS实现的主要功能,介绍了字符识别、电子影像档案、指纹识别、二维码等关键技术在BIMIS中的应用。BIMIS实现了对血站整个业务的计算机管理,使血站在管理流程上统一、简便、高效。

This paper is the report on a blood integrative management information system (BIMIS) which is based on the development of practice. The designed principle and ideology of BIMIS are discussed in detail. Applications of the key techniques such as OCR image file, fingerprint recognition planar code, etc. are intreduced. Relying on BIMIS, the supervising circuit of blood station will be simple and convenient, while the overall operation of blood station can be controlled by computer.
