摘要 烟草野火病是世界普遍发生的一种主要侵染烟草的细菌性病害。从烟草野火病菌生理小种的鉴别方法,以及国内外关于烟草野火病菌生理小种的鉴别和分化方面的研究进展进行了描述,并对生理小种分化和鉴别研究存在的问题和展望进行了讨论。 Two races of Pseudomonas syringae pv. Tabaci(race 0 and race 1) were observed in 1980's. But in 1994, K.K.Knoch found a new race from the tobacco rhizosphere in Wisconsin, which can infect N. rustica and plants with N. rusticaderived resistance. A new race(determined as race 2) of wildfire pathogen occurred in Zimbabwe in 1998. Report of strains isolated from different areas in Yunnan showed that there were light difference in their pathogenicity, morphological, physiological and biochemical characteristics. But there were no reports about wildfire disease race in China. The main problems and the research trend were discussed in this article.
