摘要
烟气脱硫是目前世界上唯一大规模商业化应用的脱硫方式。综述了脱除烟气中SO2的一些主要技术,包括干法、半干法、湿法以及它们的优缺点,其中湿法烟气脱硫应用最为广泛。同时还介绍了一些国外的烟气脱硫技术,对微生物烟气脱硫技术进行了展望,指出微生物烟气脱硫技术是实用性强、技术新颖的生物工程技术,具有诱人的应用前景,并设想将基因工程引入到烟气综合治理工程中去。最后对我国湿法、半干法、干法中的几种烟气脱硫技术进行了比较。得出湿法烟气脱硫的脱硫效率最高,可高达90%~95%,半干法次之。同时湿法烟气脱硫的烟气处理量也最高,并且有些技术已经进行了工业化应用。但是湿法烟气脱硫技术的运行费用比较高。
The process of FGD is the only one commercial desulfurization method applied on a large scale in the world. The major processes of FGD, including wet desulfurization, dry and semi-dry desulfurization, their advantages and disadvantages were summarized. The applications of wet desulfurization is the most popular. At the same time, some processes of FGD in abroad were also introduced. The prospect of process of FGD by microbe indicates that the process of biology engineering technology with strong practicability and original technology has good application prospect. The gene engineering used in flue gas comprehensive treatment was supposed. At last, the comparison of some processes of FGD was carried out. The results indicate that the desulfurization efficiency of wet desulfurization is the highest to 90%~95% and the dry desulfurization takes second place. The treatment capacity of wet desulfurization is the largest and it has been used in industry, but its operational cost is higher.
