摘要
目的 探讨羊膜移植在眼重度碱烧伤中的应用价值。方法 3 3例 (3 9眼 )单纯应用羊膜移植术 ,3例 (3眼 )联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术 ,随访 6～ 19月。结果 所有病例全部眼表重建成功 ,无炎症、排斥、新生血管或睑球粘连发生。
Objective Investigation on clinical application of amniotic graft in treating severe ocular alkali burns.Methods 33 cases (39 eyes) of amniotic graft and 3 cases (3 eyes) of amniotic graft combined with corneal limbal stem cell.All the patients were followed up for 6-19 months.Results The ocular surfaces were successfully built in all the cases.No inflammatory reaction,rejection,new vascularization and symblepharon was found.Conclusion Amniotic graft is an effective method in treating severe ocular alkali burns.
