羊膜明胶海绵在泪囊鼻腔造口术中的应用 被引量：4

摘要 羊膜无抗原性,能促进上皮细胞增生及迁移,抑制纤维增生,并有抗炎作用,已广泛应用于眼表重建.明胶海绵止血及吸水膨胀.我们将羊膜包裹明胶海绵制成小枕状(简称羊膜枕),填塞于泪囊鼻腔造口术的造口中,以防造口堵塞而达到治愈泪囊炎之目的.
