羊膜移植在结膜囊成形术中的应用

Application of amniotic membrane transplantation to plasty of the cul-de-sac

目的 探讨保存人羊膜移植治疗结膜囊狭窄的效果。方法 眼球摘除术后伴有结膜囊狭窄的 3 6例 3 6眼 ,利用羊膜移植部分结膜囊成形术 ,术后随访观察 1～ 12月 ,平均 6月。结果 3 5眼在 2 0～ 3 0天移植的羊膜被结膜覆盖 ,感染 1例 ,另 1例结膜囊狭窄。结论 保存羊膜移植治疗结膜囊狭窄 ,取材方便 ,疗效显著 。

Objective To investigate the effects of operations of stenosis of cul de sac by amnia implant.Methods The cul de sac of 36 patients (36 eyes) with stenosis of cul de sac after enucleation.The treatment for stenosis of cul de sac with preserved amnia.All the patients were followed up for 1-12 months(mean,6 months).Results Areas of conjunctival defeats in 35 eyes was covered by implanted anmia after 20-30 days,one patient infected.The other one had stenosis of cul de sac.Conclusion Preserved amnia is easy to obtain and the implantation technique with preserved amnia is a very effective way in plasty of the cul de sac
