阳离子染料可染丙纶所用可染剂的干燥工艺研究

摘要 通过DSC测定,分析了用于阳离子染料可染丙纶的自制可染剂的热性能和结晶性能,提出了适当提高可染剂的干燥温度和延长干燥时间(与常规阳离子改性聚酯树脂相比),并严格控制升温速率,有利于可染剂的软化点提高,使干燥和纺丝加工顺利进行。 The thermal and crystal properties of the cationic dyeable agents which were produced by ourselves were studied with DSC method. The results indicated that the agents could be smoothly during drying and spinning processes if the drying temperature and time of the agents were increased (compared to a normal cationic modification polyester) and the rising temperature rate of the agents was strictly controlled so that the softening point of the agents can be increased.
