摘要
灵活应用自然科学中物质、能量、信息的有关知识 ,将脊柱划分为固有、流通、代谢、排泄态之物质、能量和信息 ,探讨腰椎间盘突出症的病理机制以及与不同病理类型相对应的治疗方案。如果脊柱固有物质、能量、信息的退变程度轻 ,流通及代谢物质、能量和信息的病理机制可以用保守疗法逆转 ,就应采用保守疗法 ;如果情况相反 。
The author explores the pathological mechanism as well as the therapy for various pathological types of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc by applying relevant knowledge in natural science of matter, energy and information. Spine is regarded as matter, energy and information, which is intrinsic, flowing, metabolizing and excreting. In case of slight retrograde that can be completely changed, conservative treatment is advisable. Otherwise, operation should be performed as soon as possible.
