摘要
在化工生产中需要经常检测液氧中微量乙炔含量。以前采用比色法进行测定 ,方法复杂且比色色差小。采用自制色谱柱子进行色谱分析 ,得出速度快且准确率高 ,检测的最小乙炔浓度为 0 .1× 10 - 6 ,工作条件 :柱温 65℃ ,检测器 75 .5℃ ,采用高分子微球做吸附柱。
Usually determining micro-acetylene in liquified oxygen was very necessary in chemical production. The content of micro-acetylene in liquified oxygen used to be determined by colorimetric analysis, because the method was very complex and it's little colorimetric chromatism, chromatogram column to do chromatographic analysis was used. During many times contrast experiments, the results showed that the method had rapid analysis speed and high accruacy degree, the lowest examined concentration was 0.1×10 -6 .
