摘要
合成了一种新型的聚氨酯固化剂 ,并讨论了在 TDI- DMP加成物合成过程中甲苯二异氰酸酯 ( TDI)与 2 .2 -二甲基 - 1 .3-丙二醇 ( DMP)或三羟甲基丙烷 ( TMP)投料比 ,反应温度 ,时间、酸、碱度 ,不同催化剂等对产物性能影响。试验结果表明 ,NCO/OH质量比在 ( 1 .2~ 2 .0 ) /1 .0 ( mol)范围内 ,反应温度为 70°C,反应时间为 2 .5~ 3.0 h。
A new polyurethane curative was synthesized by using TDI and DMP. The effect of mass ratio of toluene diisocyanate(TDI) to DMP(or TMP), reaction temperature and time, acidity and alkalinity and catalyst on the properties of the product was studied. The results showed that when the ratio of NCO/OH is (1.2~3.0)/1.0(mol) and the reaction is proceeded for 2.5~3.0 h at 70°C, the optium preparation condition DBTDL organometallic catalystis suitable for the reaction.
