摘要
对一株产胞外多糖 (Exopolysaccharide,简称EPS)的乳酸菌Z2 2 2 菌株的培养条件进行了优化 ,其发酵液通过浓缩、除蛋白、脱色、乙醇沉淀、透析、CM 纤维素柱、DEAE Sephadex离子交换柱和SephadexG 1 0 0凝胶柱层析 ,冷冻干燥后得到一种纤维状白色固体产品EPSⅠ。将该产品对荷肉瘤S180 小鼠进行机体免疫功能影响的初步试验 ,统计学处理结果表明 ,它对迟发型超敏反应、免疫器官重量和脾细胞抗体形成均有较为明显的影响。
Lactic bacteria strain Z 222 isolated from intestine of a cock by our lab before yielded exopolysaccharide(EPS). The conditions of fermentation have been optimized through altering culturing time,changing the concentration of glucose of medium and so on. Subsequently,the rough crystal of exopolysaccharide was purified by CM cellulose column chromatography,DEAE Sephadex A 25 ionexchange and Sephadex G 100 gel chromatography. The preliminary immunological efficacy of exopolysaccharide Ⅰ( EPSⅠ) against S 180 planted in mice was carried out. The test results showed that EPSⅠcan significantly inhibit DTH( delayed type hypersensitivity) induced by SRBC(sheep red blood cell), increase the weight of spleen and enhance the abilities of the antibody formation of spleen cell.
