This paper compares the good and the bad of different financial systems in aspects of circulating supply, supervision afterwards, settling the indefinite and ventures, lowing the transaction cost as well as financing for high technology. It also reviews the debates on the good and the bad in theories about the financial system of bank leading and market leading, and points out that the main point in the financial system reform in a country is not to simply develop the financial intermediary with banks or develop the financial markets, but to synthesize the good and to strengthen the construction of the financial basic facilities.
