应用电刷镀技术修复汽轮发电机转子轴颈磨损 被引量:3

摘要 沙角A电厂2号机组为国产200MW水-氢-氢冷发电机组。随着机组运行时间的增长,发现机组排补氢气的间隔时间逐渐缩短,氢气纯度和氢气压力下降较快。在对氢系统和密封油系统的多次原因查找和分析后,发现发电机转子轴颈严重磨损是造成发电机氢气问题的最本质原因。通过应用成熟、可靠的电刷镀修复技术,很好地将转子轴颈磨损修复,彻底解决了发电机氢气纯度和氢气压力下降快的问题。 With the increase of running time of a homemade 200 MW waterhydrogenhydrogen cooled generator unit in Shajiao A Power Plant, the interval of hydrogenexhausting and supplementing is dwindling; meanwhile hydrogen purity and pressure are descending fast. After multiple checks and analyses on hydrogen system and pressurized oil system, it is found that the serious wear and tear of the generator rotor axis neck is the essential factor causing those problems. In order to bring a downright resolution to the decliningfast of hydrogen purity and pressure, the mature and secure electrical platebrushing repair technology is employed, which proves excellent to restore the abraded rotor axis neck.
