摘要
研究了用荧光光度法直接测定环境水中对氯苯胺的含量 ,此法不需萃取和显色。测定条件为 :pH =6.5 ,λex λem =2 88 35 4nm ,检出限为 4 .2 μg·L-1,线性范围 0~ 1.0mg·L ,此法可直接用于环境水中对氯苯胺含量的测定 ,回收率达 99%~ 10 1% 。
Based on the self-emission of fluorescence by p-chlorophenylamine, it was determined directly by fluorophotometry. The reaction medium was adjusted to an acidity of pH 6.5, and wavelengths of 288nm and 354nm were used as the excitation and emission wavelengths respectively. Linearity was held over the range of 0~1.0mg of p-chlorophenylamine per liter of solution. The limit of detection was found to be 4.2μg·L -1. Recoveries in the range of 99.0% to 101.0% were obtained.
