珍珠胃宁胶囊治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性慢性胃炎168例临床观察

Clinical observation on Zhenzhuweining capsule in treating 168 cases of chronic gastritis related to Helicobacter pylori

目的 观察珍珠胃宁胶囊治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性慢性胃炎的临床疗效。方法 32 7例幽门螺杆菌相关性慢性胃炎患者随机分为 2组。治疗组 16 8例用珍珠胃宁胶囊治疗 ,对照组 15 9例用丽珠得乐冲剂、甲硝唑片、阿莫西林胶囊治疗。 2组均治疗 4周后统计疗效。结果 治疗组总有效率 97.0 2 % ,对照组总有效率 90 .5 7% ,2组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;治疗组幽门螺杆菌根除率 84 .5 2 % ,对照组 80 .5 0 % ,2组比较无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。

Objective To observe the threpautic effect of Zhenzhuweining capsule on chronic gastritis related to Helicobacter pylori (H.pylori). Methods 327 patients with chronic gastritis related to H.pylori were randomly divided into two groups. 168 patients in treatment group were treated with Zhenzhuweining capsule;159 patients in control group were treated with Lizhudele infusion,metronidazole tablets and amoxicillin capsule,with a treatment course of 4 weeks for both groups.Results The total effective rate was 97.02% in treatment group and 90.56% in control group,there was a significant difference between two groups (P<0.05); the eradication rate of H.pylori was 84.52% in treatment group and 80.52% in control group,there was no significant difference between two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Zhenzhuweining capsule is effective in the treatment of chronic gastritis related to H.Pylori.
