摘要  由葡萄糖和十二醇直接合成了十二烷基糖苷。研究了该反应的机理,在对反应机理中基元反应分析的基础上建立了反应动力学模型,并计算了相关的动力学参数,确定了反应动力学方程。 The mechanism of the reaction for preparing dodecyl glycoside from glucose and dodecanol in the presence of an acid catalyst was investigated. The reaction kinetic model was proposed in terms of the analysis of elementary reactions. It was assumed that the forward reaction is first order with respect to glucose concentration and reverse reaction is first order in dodecyl glycoside concentration. Kinetic parameters k, k′ at different temperature were obtained by mathematical regression with experimental data. The frequency factors k0, k′0 and activation energy Ea+, Ea- of forward reaction and reverse and were calculated respectively. Finally, the reaction kinetic equation was obtained as fallow -dcAdt=4.621×1014exp(-1.2×105/RT)cA-2.454×1033exp(-2.654×105/RT)cE.
