摘要
简要介绍了新近完成的一种智能型磁性应力检测仪的整体方案设计、硬件基本原理、构成和现场实际应用情况。并通过应用实例,比较热处理前后残余应力的数值的变化,来验证智能型应力检测仪的技术先进性。
by briefing total plan design,hardware basic principles,components and site practical application situation of a recently complemented smart type of magnetic stress detector,through application examples,it compares remnant stress values changes before and after heat treatment in order to verify technical advances of the stress detector.
