摘要
改革以来中国粮食科技体制和政策的市场化改革为中国粮食科技发展提供了内外在的激励机制和环境条件 ,并在粮食生产、运输、加工、贮藏、销售等方面取得了突出成就 ,尤其是在粮食生产方面。这为中国的粮食安全提供了制度和技术的双重保障。在此基础上 ,未来中国粮食科技将在市场化、信息化和生物工程等高新技术发展方面取得重大突破 ,将不仅为中国 ,也为世界的粮食安全作出自己的贡献。
The market-reform of food technology system and policy of China have provided internal encourage mechanism and external environment for food technology in China since reform. Outstanding achievement have been made in food produce, conveyance, process, store and sale etc, Particularly in the aspect of food produce. At the same time, the development of food technology of China and market-reform provided dual guarantee for food safety in China. So in the future food technology of China will obtain important breakthrough in information, market, living engineering and others of high and new technique and development domain. It will not only make contribution in food safety for China but also for the world.
