Cause analysis of increased turbine differential expansion of Unit 1 in Zhuhai Power Station

就珠海发电厂1号机组汽轮机胀差比刚投产时有所增大,并曾经出现高报警的现象,通过热控测量原理和机组运行工况的分析、论证,得出导致胀差增大的原因是再热器温度升高。

The increased turbine differential expansion of Unit 1 in Zhuhai Power Station, as compared with that in the initial service period, led to high differential expansion alarm. An analysis is made based on thermal measurement principles and the running conditions of the unit. It is concluded that the high reheater temperature is the cause of the increased differential expansion.
