利用转基因禽蛋作为生物反应器生产重组蛋白可能是未来基因工程最佳的表达系统之一 ,具有重要的经济价值 ,已引起越来越多的公司和研究人员的重视。由于禽类转基因的困难 ,尽管多年来人们在这个领域作过不懈的努力 ,但至今在其商业化进程方面仍未见有重要的突破。对该领域的研究进展和动向作出简要的评述。

With many overwhelming superiorities the bioreactor in transgenic avian egg is expected to be an excellent system in genetic engineering to produce recombinant proteins.This system has tremendous profit potential and prospects for human benefits,which attract more and more companies and scientists to pursue on it.The difficulties of transgenesis in avian,however,have made the field moving forward tortuously.There has been no any important breakthrough to bring us closer to commercialization,although lots of techniques have been tried laboriously.An outline of this system including the research progress and trends is given.;
