摘要
根据机器视觉检测杂交水稻种子质量的要求,针对较困难的微裂、穗萌等特征特性,通过显微观察分析了种子裂颖、穗发芽、带菌及柱头残迹夹持的微观形态,以期为视觉检测时提取关键特征提供依据。
Though hybrid rice show heterosis and sterility, their seed characteri stics are poorer than those of inbred rice. In order to meet the demand of quali ty inspection of hybrid rice seed , the micro-configuration of incompletely clo s ed glumes, germinated seeds on panicle, diseased seeds and clipped stigma traces were observed with electronic scanning microscope. The results laid a foundatio n for extracting features of hybrid rice seed, which is a key to quality inspect ion with machine vision.
