血液透析机钠按钮使用效果观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的 本研究旨在于评价新型血液透析机钠按钮使用效果及相关并发症的发生情况。方法 使用百特公司SPS1 5 5 0血液透析机 ,选择常发生透析相关低血压及相关症状的维持性血液透析(MHD)患者 2 4例 ,观察透析 780例次 ,分别采用恒定钠 (持续性较高水平钠浓度 1 4 0~ 1 4 6mmol/L)及钠按钮进行透析 (在血压有下降趋势 ,或轻度肌痉挛时按钠按钮 ) ,监测当次透析期间症状性低血压、肌痉挛、恶心、呕吐、头痛、治疗性补液发生率 ,透析间期低血压、口渴、头晕、痉挛、其他不适等发生率。结果 钠按钮组透析过程中低血压、肌痉挛、呕吐及补液发生率明显低于恒定钠组 ,头痛发生率两组无明显差异 ;钠按钮组透析间期低血压、肌痉挛、头晕、口渴及其它不适发生率明显低于恒定钠组。结论 对于易于发生透析相关低血压患者 ,应用百特SPS1 5 5 0独特的钠按钮功能能够较好地预防透析中低血压、肌痉挛的发生 ,同时避免了普通高钠透析易引起的头晕、口渴、呕吐及透析间期体重过多增加的缺点 。 Objective To evaluate the effect of sodium button of blood dialyser and the relative complications.Methods To chose 24 cases of maintenance hemodialysis patients, who often occurred hypotension and other relative symptoms, we did 780 times dialysis by SPS 1550 hemodialyser. We used steady sodium (maintenance higher concentration of sodium, 140~146mmol/L) and sodium button dialysis (As the blood pressure decreased, or light muscular spasm pushing sodium button) respectively. During dialysis, we monitored symptomatic hypotension, muscular spasm, nausea, vomiting, headache, dizziness, thirsty and other unwell.Results The rates of hypotension, muscular spasm, dizziness, thirsty and other unwells in sodium button group were lower than those of maintenance higher sodium group. The rates of headache of two groups were same.Conclusions The Sodium button of SPS 1550 hemodialyser Can prevent hypotension and muscular spasm effectively, especially is adapted to dialysis correlation hypotension, patients, it can also avoid dizziness, thirsty, vomiting and weight increasing caused by higher sodium dialysis.
