摘要
目的 了解实习护生的心理健康状况 ,从而提高护生心理健康水平。方法 采用症状自评量表 (SCL 90 ) ,对 1 32例中专实习护生进行测评。结果 实习护生各因子均分高于全国常模 ,其中强迫症状、焦虑、敌对等差异显著。结论 应将素质教育融入到课堂及临床教学中 。
Objective To probe the mental health situation of probationer nurses, and raise the mental health Level of nurses.Methods With SCl-90, 132 probationer nurses received evaluation.Results All factors of probationer nurses were higher than normal value, anancastia, anxiety and hostility are very significant.Conclusions Quality education Should be practiced during classroom teaching and clinical teaching. So as to raise the mental health Level of probationer nurses.
