Reliability Design of V-shaped Belt Transmission in Press

应用可靠性理论与方法于印刷机主传动之带传动的设计之中 ,建立了 J2 10 8型胶印机 V带传动的可靠性设计数学模型 ,找出了可靠度随印刷速度变化的规律 ,对印刷机的设计及使用有指导意义。

In this paper the theory and method of reliability design are applied in the design and calculation of v shaped belt transmission in press.For example,reliability of belt transmission in the main drive system of J2108,made in China,is calculated.The mathematical model is set up for the reliability design of the press.The relative regularity of reliability as the rotation velocity changes is provided.The results are of practical direction significance to the design and use of press.
