摘要
结合教育部新世纪网络课程《船舶原理》的设计开发过程 ,介绍基于WEB环境网络课程的教学设计与实现原理 ,为网络课程的建设与构成提出一个有效模式。
The paper is based on the designing and developing process of the internet course Principle of Ship, which is in accordance with criterion of the 21th century internet course building contract. The paper discuss the theory of instructional designing and realizing of the internet course based on the WEB environment. And the paper introduces an effective mode for the construction of internet course.
