Facing every changes and challenges in the 21st century, Chinese seaport has to do something for developing. This paper introduces the strategy orientation, development goals and three phase objectives of Chinese seaport in the 21st century, and puts forward six very important strategies to the development of China seaport at the beginning period in the 21st century.
