中日两国大学生身心健康调查结果比较与分析

Comparative Results of Chinese and Lapanese Students' Physical and Mental Health

身心健康是一个人综合素质的重要组成部分 ,是人走向成功的基本保证 ;大学生群体的身心健康则是一个国家综合国力强弱的客观反映、是现代化建设成败的关键因素 ,是一个民族兴旺发达的标志。因此 ,对大学生身心健康的研究具有重要的意义 ,已为许多国家所重视。本文通过对中日两国大学生身心健康现状的调查 ,运用比较研究的方法 ,从深层次分析中日两国大学生身心健康诸多差别形成的原因 ,总结经验教训 ,期望达到对我国高校体育改革有所启示的目的。比较结果显示 :1、日本国女大学生体型、发育水平好于中国女大学生 ;2、中日两国男大学生体型、发育水平相同。 3、中国女大学生身高、体重、身体素质与运动能力、形态匀称程度好于日本女大学生 ;胸围、肺活量指数差于日本女大学生 ;4、中国男大学生体重、肺活量、下肢力量、柔韧性、形态匀称程度好于日本男大学生 ;胸围差于日本男大学生。 5、特质焦虑和状态焦虑心理中国大学生都好于日本大学生。

Physical and mental health is an important part of peopl e 's compreh ensive qualities ,and it's a basic element that people possess in pursuit of t heir career physical and mental health of university students objectively reflec ts a nation 's power and plays an important role in the development of a natio n So many countries are involved in the research into university students' phys ical and mental health .This Paper uses comparative research methods'to investi gate Chinese and lapanese university students'conditions of physical and mental health , and to analyze the reasons for the differences in their physical and mental health .The purpose of doing the research is to gain a good many inspirat ions to guide the physical education reform of China's Universities .The compar ative results are as follows:1:lapanese university girl students are better th an Chinese university girl students in the physical build and physical developme nt .2.lapanese and Chinese university boy students share the same level of the p hysical build and physical development .3.Chinese university girl students are b etter than their lapanese university girl students in heights ,weights,physica l qualities ,abilities of movement and figures ,while they are worse than them in chest measurements and vital capacity indexes'.4.Chinese university boy st udents are better than their lapanese university boy students' in weights ,vit al capacities ,leg strengths ,pliabilities and figures ,while they are coorse than them on chest measurements .5.Chinese university students in the psycholog ical state of anxiety .
