摘要
本文主要探讨了我国中小学体育教师培训模式的概念内涵和中小学体育教师培训模式的理论类别 ,分析其实际发展状况 ,提出新模式的建构要点 ,即培训理念的科学指导 ,培训目标的明确选择和培训策略的多样综合等。
This article mainly explores the conceptual connotat ion of the trai ning mode for primary and secondary school physical education teacher of the Chi nese and its theoretical categories. It also makes analysis of the development o f the mode and puts forward essentials for constructing the new mode:scientific guidance to the ideas of training, the clear decision on the divergence of stra tegies for training.
