摘要
通过对二杠鹿茸与三杈鹿茸中氨基酸的测定 ,结果表明 :三杈鹿茸中的氨基酸含量高于二杠鹿茸中氨基酸含量 ,从而为合理利用二杠鹿茸、三杈鹿茸提供科学理论依据。
The content of amino acids in two-branch and three-branch pilose antlers has been determined. The results showed that the amino acid content in the latter was higher than that in the former.
