摘要 目的 建立新生大鼠铅损伤动物模型 ,用于研究铅对发育脑的损害。方法 选取 3窝新生Wistar大鼠 ,随机分成正常对照组、低沿组和高铅组。分别于出生 0、2、4、6、8、10、12、14d给予腹腔注射醋酸铅溶液 0 1mL ,注射剂量分别为 0、2 0、6 0mg kg(按出生体重计算 )。各鼠分组不分窝 ,均由母鼠哺乳。结果 第 17d断头处死各鼠 ,检测血铅值分别为 :对照组 3 5± 6 6 μg L、低铅组 4 10 8± 4 6 6 3μg L、高铅组均 >6 5 0 μg L ,正常组在正常范围内 ,低铅组已达中度铅中毒 ,而高铅组已达重度铅中毒。结论 新生大鼠腹腔注射醋酸铅溶液建立动物铅损伤模型是一种简便、可靠、易于控制的方法 。 objective To establish the experimental animal model of pb exposed neonatal rats. Method 3 brood of neonatal Wistar rats were used, and everyone was divided into the normal, low pb, and high pb group. The animal model was established with intraperitoneal injection of pb acetate solution at 0,2,4,6,8,10,12,14 days, and injecting doses were 0,20,60mg/kg, respectively (according to birthweight). Neonatal rats were breastfeeding by their mother rats. Results At 17days, the blood pb of above three groups were 3.6±6.5μg/L, 410.8±46.63μg/L and >650μg/L,respectively,and belong to normal, middle pb poisoning, heavy pb poisoning. Conclusion It is suggested that the model of neonatal rats pb injuryed by intraperitoneal injection was a kind of simple, reliable and controllable way, and can be used for the same experimental study.
