引进台湾南瓜品种进行筛选 ,一是筛选高产抗病等丰产性状表现好的品种 ;二是营养成份含量高的品种 ,主要是果胶及主要糖类成份含量的测定 ,筛选出符合保健型质量指标的品种 ,为开发保健型南瓜产品提供品种资源。

Pumpkin seeds from Taiwan were got by screening,one is the screening of the yield characterastic, choosing the high yield and disease-resistant varieties,another is the screening of the nutritious composition content, specially the test of pectins and the main carbohydrate content,chooseing the varieties suit for health-quality standard in order to get variety resources for developing the health type pumpkin.
