摘要
目的 普通生物显微镜用于昆虫显微解剖。方法 标本置于聚光镜下 ,经成像后再进入显微镜系统 ,形成正立的图像。用测微尺测量 ,计算放大率。用擦镜纸和中华按蚊观察效果。结果 改变标本位置后可形成正立的图像 ,与使用解剖镜一致。同倍率镜头作普通显微镜用的放大率是作解剖镜用的 5 .1~ 6 .0倍 ,能满足解剖蚊虫的技术要求。用低倍镜小光圈成像质量好 ,解剖按蚊效果满意。结论 普通显微镜可代替 5~ 2 0倍解剖镜 ,在现场和基层尤为实用。
Objective To probe ordinary biology microscope used for insect microdissection. Methods The sample was put under condenser,through image-forming into microscope system, positive after-image was formed. Micrometer was used to measure the size and magnifying power was calculated. The effects were observed with the help of Anopheles Sinensis and abrasive mirror paper. Results Positive after-image could be formed through changing the place of the sample, which had the same function as dissecting microscope. The magnifying power of ordinalry microscope was 5.1 to 6 times as large as that of dissecting microscope in the lens of same multiple rate, which could meet the technique demands of dissecting insects. The quality Of image and the effect of anopheline mosquito were better by using low power lens and low diaphragm. Conclusions Ordinary microscope can replace 5-20 times dissecting microscope.
