摘要
对浸渍型CO高变催化剂还原和测试 ,对比表面和孔结构进行了表征 .该催化剂在 35 0℃时 ,常压活性可达 80 % ,低压活性也达 6 0 %以上 ,低汽 气比特性明显 .经 10 0h寿命试验和硫中毒实验 ,催化活性无明显变化 .对变换后尾气分析 ,并未发现F -T副产物生成 .
Chrome-Free Catalysts for High-Temperature Shift Reaction were prepared by impregnation, The activity of catalysts were characterized, The specific surface area and pore-size distribution of the catalysts were characterized. the primary conversion of CO was 80% at 350?℃ and 1atm..Simulating industrial low pressure condition, more than 60% conversion of CO was got at 350?℃. The maximum conversion was obtained when the ration of stream and gas was 0.5. The catalysts have high stable activity even after 100 hours life test. F-T byproducts weren't formed during the shift reaction by analyzing the effluent gas.
