摘要
考察了以高分子聚合物型的表面活性剂为分散剂对ZrO2 载体宏观结构和物相的影响 .结果表明 :低浓度的锆盐及浓度适宜且分子量较大的高分子聚合物有利于获得分散较好、四方相相对稳定的ZrO2 载体 .同时 ,考察Pt的不同前驱物对其在ZrO2 载体上的分散度的影响 ,发现Pt分散度不仅与铂前驱物的性质有关 ,还受粘度的影响 .在所考察的体系中以含 0 .5 %阿拉伯胶的H2 PtCl6 为前驱物获得的Pt分散度最高 .
The investigation on the effect of the dispersant on macrostructure and phase composition of ZrO 2 showed the results that the low concentration of zirconium salt and macromolecule polymer of appropriate concentration and relative greatness molecular weight can be propitious to obtain the zirconia of better dispersion and comparatively stable tetragonal ZrO 2 phase. Furthermore, the preparation of Pt/ZrO 2 catalysts by different Pt-precursor and dispersant was studied. It was found that both the properties and the viscosity of the Pt salt solution would influence the dispersion of Pt on ZrO 2 support. The higher dispersion of the Pt/ZrO 2 was got when 0.5% Gum arabic was contained in H 2PtCl 6 precursor.
