知识经济作为一种经济形态,有其自身的特点,在知识经济到来的今天,作为我国第三产业的旅游饭店业必然受到知识经济的巨大冲击,同时,知识经济也必然对该行业带来强有力的促进作用.阐述了知识经济的基本特征,通过分析知识经济对旅游饭店产品、人员及组织结构等方面的冲击,初步探索知识经济时代我国旅游饭店业发展的新趋势.

As a form of economy, knowledge economy has its own characteristics. At present when knowledge economy is booming, the hotel industry in China will be inevitably impacted by knowledge economy on one hand and expedited by it on the other hand. This paper expatiates the general characteristics of knowledge economy, and through analyzing the impact of knowledge economy on the production, stuff and organization of hotels, the paper explores the new trend in the development of China's hotel industry.
