乳腺癌分子水平的影像学研究进展 被引量:25

摘要 乳腺癌是妇女最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,医学影像学对乳腺癌的检出和诊断具有重要价值。利用现代分子生物学技术,可在分子水平研究乳腺癌的影像学诊断、生物学评价、疗效监测和预后评估等,拓宽了医学影像学在乳腺癌中的临床应用前景。介绍了乳腺癌在癌基因与抑癌基因、血管生成及类固醇激素受体方面的影像学研究进展。
